Guest guest
Hey, guys. I went out to eat Sunday and thought I was eating healthy by having a plain salad (no dressing) with a plain baked potato and plain peas. I got the worst migraine from it though! Does anyone know what they might have put in the salad greens that would give me such a reaction? I feelunbelievably good when I avoid sugar, wheat, corn, msg, and processed food, although I need to eatregularly or I get too many die-off symptoms. But it'sso interesting, if I don't eat these mentioned "foods"my lupus symptoms go down and I'm calmer. The problemis sticking to it.Kel

Guest guest
I have been told that some restaurants put preservative on their salads in order for them to retain their freshness longer.
