Guest guest
HI Gina, I am glad your son improved with your wonderful persistance. I hope he can be off drugs for a lifetime. Yes, sugar is everywhere and I feel SO much better when I avoid it. But today it is no wheat for me. I have to get into the no wheat, no sugar thing gradually. Tomorrow hopefully it will be no wheat and no sugar. Wow, this country is so messed up, I tell you. Take care, Kel
Guest guest
Hi Kelly, Thank you. I went wheat and gluten free for several years. What I found that cleasning out the colon from all that old sludge build up is what helped me a great deal. Wheat and gluten work like wallpaper gooo and it was pasted there until I removed it.
