Nice article, but the theory that the balanced mineral supplement

they're selling could approach a mineral imbalance is shaky; the

nostrum is probably a less accurate stab in the dark at

electrolyte balance than what we're already doing.

The number one remedy for the heart and the vascular system is readily available and cheap. It is cayenne pepper. A search will turn up thousands of hits about this heart remedy. Dr. John Christopher's work is a good place to start. Some paramedics now carry red pepper (solid and solution) for heart attack and stroke calls, and liquid lobelia for respiratory collapse. I am a woman 57. Have been taking lasix to control

eddema. Blood work says no diabetes or liver, kidney

problems. This leaves my heart and arteries. What can

I take to help? Rose

HI! It doesn't have to be a specific organ problem. Our organs

respond to our internal chemistry, etc. My bet is that you have

systemic candida esp. if you are overweight, have had children, and

have other unexplained symptoms. What is your diet like? Try carbs

that won't spike your blood sugar and feed the candida. I am doing the

same thing myself. Kelly
