While searching online today I came across coconut milk. It seems

to I read that that was good for bowel issues. Also flax seed (be

sure to read whether it as just the seed or seed and oil, etc.)

Also it seems to me I read online once that carpal tunnel was

possibly lack of B vitamins.

I'm not exactly sure of specifics, especially the carpal tunnel

because I read so much online every day.

There's a site you might want to check out. They list foods and

what those foods do for the body. It's absolutely a wonderful

site. It's possible that you'll see carpal tunnel listed within the

foods discussed.

Hi, thanks for the info, aust. I have Barlean's flax oil and I mix that with yoghurt and walnuts to get omega 3s. The inflammation (bowel) goes down with this combo for a few hours at least. Coconuts are great also as you said to combat candida. There is a woman on here, Debbie, who lost almost 150 pounds but she eats a ton of meat and fat. Still, I understand where she is coming from because I have felt better on my changed high protein diet, also losing 15 pounds so far. Candida is a real, systemic phenomena and they will figure this out sooner or later (doctors). I am the type though that wishes I didn't have to eat another being. If you have a lot of candida in your system I am not sure how you can be a vegetarian. Thanks again, hope you feel better Starwoman. I understand depression due to health and other reasons. Thanks Kelly, but wouldnt it be simpler just to take fish oil..........I have been taking a lot of slippery elm lately, it is helping a little.

Hi, Kel and

everybody.

I’ve been

trying to find a good source of B12 without having to eat meat or dairy

products. I think I may have found it; look at this website: www.herbdoc.com

Dr. Schulze has

a product called Superfood Plus (and no, I don’t sell it or do I get

anything out of promoting this!) which is basically:

Spirulina Blue-Green Algae, Chlorella Algae, Alfalfa

grass, Barley grass, Wheat grass, Purple Dulse Seaweed, Beet root, Spinach

leaf, Acerola Cherry, Rose hips, Orange and Lemon peels and non-active

Saccharomyces cervisiae Nutritional Yeast.

The

yeast is specially processed and it is of a particular type that DOES NOT

PROMOTE CANDIDA!!! This is what is so exciting for me and those who suffer from

Candida. The product has all sorts of other vitamins and minerals which occur

naturally in the foods, not chemically added.  That is also exciting for me,

because I get migraines from artificial vitamins and minerals. I had also been

looking for a way to get all these nutrients without spending countless hours

juicing. The powder can be mixed with fruit juice and frozen fruit in a

smoothie and one can also buy the tablets. I can’t wait to try it!
