Guest guest
I am 120 lbs and I usually lose about 7 lbs during a fast. Im doing it for health and detox not for weight loss . and when I go back to eating , which is only healthy food, I go back to 120, which I am happy with...... Guest guest
I guess I should have asked you first. I just though it would be interesting for the new group. I'm so busy right now I haven't really had time to prime the new group to get it going. Though I know it usually takes a while... Kind regards, Tim Shari Viger <shavig wrote: Ah, thank you. Guest guest
That's okay, don't fret yourself. I get on too many lists anyway and I haven't removed myself from the old list.
