20 pounds in 28 days. 10 came back within 30 days (and that was eating all raw). All of it came back within a year. My body has been the same since going all raw a few years back. I lose it and it comes back and I don't eat meat, dairy, sugar, flour or anything that comes in a can, bottle, or box.

Tim, my message keeps reappearing with your name as the sender, but no comments or questions, just exactly what I had posted earlier. ??????

I am 120 lbs and I usually lose about 7 lbs during a fast. Im doing it for health and detox not for weight loss . and when I go back to eating , which is only healthy food, I go back to 120, which I am happy with...... Jennie

I guess I should have asked you first. I just though it would be interesting for the new group. I'm so busy right now I haven't really had time to prime the new group to get it going. Though I know it usually takes a while...

Kind regards,

Tim

That's okay, don't fret yourself. I get on too many lists anyway and I haven't removed myself from the old list.
