aspertain (nutrasweet) has many undesireable effects. Some people have gotten neuroligical problems that resembled MS. when they stoipped if it wasnt too far gone the problems reversed. I break out in a rash from it...... Jennie

This is true Jennie.

A couple years ago I went to my M.D. Dr. Karen Asbury because I was experiencing a strange aching in my muscles. I wondered if it wasn't Lyme disease.

Without even quizzing me she took out her pad and began drawing molecule structures and explained that when placed in the body aspartame turns into formaldehyde.

She simply said, "stop drinking diet sodas TODAY!" I said, "can I at least wait 'til tomorow?" She said, "NO, TODAY!" ;^)

I stopped drinking diet sodas and the pains went away in 3 days...

To break the Nutrasweet addiction she suggested Diet Rite Cola. Though far from ideal, at least it has no aspartame, caffeine, or sodium...(7-11 now carries it)jennie spooner <jhspooner2003 wrote:
