Hi all, I hope you are all well.

I am on day 17th. The body is strong but the

psychological food fantasies are a pain. I am

determined to go the full 21 days and know that I can.

It would only be if I got sick that I would eat.

My weight is down 16 lbs and I do feel great. I am

experiencing some aches and pains today and I haven't

done anything to earn them so either they are just

built up stuff that is detoxing (ok by me) or it is

sitting in from of the computer all day that is

getting to me.

I am a mere 7 lbs form my goal and though I know I

have more fat to lose and muscle to build I am ok with

that. I am not afraid of exercise and relish the idea

that shortly I will be able to really exercise again.

I have been holding back during my fast as it totally

wears me out and gets my heart beating too fast.

I'm with JoJo, it has been so inspirational having you post updates so regularly

Jann. I am going to try for another 24 hour fast tomorrow. My second fast

ever. I'll be thinking of you and hoping you can make it another day.

Hang in there!

Joanna
