Day 21 - the last day

Good morning, today is the last day of my fast and I can tell it is time ro resume eating. I am sticking with water and tea today. I am looking for a total weight loss of 20 lbs by tomorrow morning. I am ready to continue the weight loss with a proper vegan diet and exercise. My goal weight is 135 lbs and though that is only 5 lbs on the scale, I know it is really a 10 lb fat loss and a 5 lb muscle gain. I am ready to do the required work. Thank you all for your support. and just mention in passing that very small quantities of

fruit or vegetables should be in your transition plan for the

next couple of days. Congratulations on your achievement.

Mike, you are correct. In fact I am pureeing my fruit today and sticking with oranges, grapefruits and some mango. Still lots of purified water and some green drink. I feel great, my skin is really clear and bright and I lost just about 20 lbs and then stopped losing.
