doing o.k. i felt energetic & went to the gym. i did just mild

exercise which i think will help.

thank you so much jojo for the encouragement. i hope to go 21 days but

if i can go longer, i will.

what is the name or webpage of the wommens fasting group. i would love

to cronical my fast since i will have to do a series of them in order

to loose 70 lbs.
