You are absoloutly right about raw juices - they cannot be beat for nutrition; I firmly believe this. I need to get out my juicer and use it more often than I do! And I am going to remember that apple-carrot-beet mix - I bet it tastes good too! JoJokefir king <kefir_king wrote: Not really..it is the easiest one to do..and i have a pretty basic juicer...but what i find is this incredible buzz...when I drink a glass of the stuff (by the way its all organic)... I have a theory about Raw Juice..my theory is as follows: The Bio Activity of Raw Fresh Organic Vegtable Juice is so potent and powerfull...It is 10x more potent then any raw food.. The reason is very simple. When you juice, you strip out all the

fibre and the rest of the matrix and left with Bio Active food made up of enzymes, and other nutrients. Normally these enzymes and nutrients are hidden/seperated from each other in the fibre matrix and therefore not able to play a role. When they are stripped out from the fibre matrix, they come together and form a highly bio active liquid...with a ph slightly alkaline and low in sodium/high in potassium...It requires very little digestion and is easily absorbed in the body...you feel an incredible buzz... Join our club and swap paperback books for FREE - PaperBackSwap.com Say I sent you!
