Guest guest
Hi Heather, Why don't you try to contact them? They're probably dying to meet you, and we can meet too - Antwerp is only half an hour's ride from Brussels. Guest guest
My name is Karen. I have been fasting for 9 days and I have questions. I did the first 3 days just water and have been doing the last 6 with water and some juice. I have lost 15 pounds and that was after a water colon cleanse too. There is alot of weight in that organ too. I am feeling really good overall. The reason I decided to do this was I was seeing no weight loss with exercise and diet alone. I have been constantly working on a candida overgrowth (which I believe by the way is the root of many of the other health issues I have) and I was not getting better. It was spiritual or emotional or physical but somehow the info to do this came to me when I was ready to hear it and I just started. The only problem is I am not seeing anywhere how much to juice to keep the detoxing and weight loss going but not feel super weak. I was having in the last few months alot of symptoms that were endometriosis and being in my 40's I thought I don't want any more stuff showing up because of my eating or lifestyle. I was eating organic, I raise my own chickens and turkeys and vegetables, but the habits and cravings were not going to stop without something more dramatic. This is what it took and it has helped me feel like things are really changing. I can feel when my ears are draining and the toxins and stuff is coming out of different areas. I have 40 pounds overall to lose and I feel I am on my way. The problem was last night with my period, I was having heavy bleeding and I just felt very light headed and weak and kinda panicked and thought, " my husband is leaving for a 2 day trip and I am alone with the kids, am I missing something here, is the blood making me anemic " I decided the fastest thing to do was eat something - I grabbed a small piece of brown rice bread and toasted it - and some of the weakness left so I could sleep. Could I have juiced something and had the same effect. Am I not juicing enough. I have no desire to stop and I know after the first two days and when the heavy bleeding slows that it may not happen like that again. (Sorry guys for the women's stuff) I am trying not to say " I messed up " because this isn't about being perfect. Any ideas on books or ideas of what to expect as I move into week 3. Thank you
