Guest guest
I am in the VA medical system. My PCP is a physicians assistant. But I like him because he doesn't treat me like just a stupid patient. I have a broad range of chronic problems, all of which I am sure will succumb to water fasting. I have the ability to monitor my BP and Blood Sugar but I will need to be tested a bit more frequently for electrolytes. My heart is in A-fib and because of that they have put me on Coumadin. I am certain that sometime during a 21 day fast my heart will resume a normal sinus rhythm. I am going to do this fast. But, I prefer to do it under the supervision of my PCP and Cardio. What I need is the names of organizations that will be recognizable to them that have endorsed therapeutic fasting. With this information I am more likely to be able to convince them to go along with another of my crazy ideas. Any help would be appreciated. Be happy, James

Guest guest
James, http://orthopathy.net/doctors/ I don't know if Loren Lockman is a certified fasting supervisor, but he's well known in the field. The certification requirements and who are certified may be of importance to someone steeped in conventional medicine.
