Guest guest
Hello Frank, Likewise I do not think colon cleaning has any value during a water fast. On my extended water fast, a few times I had a liquid elimination. I assumed that was my getting rid of toxins. When the body loses fat, it is losing water. Therefore there is no need for a bowel movements. When fasting guru's have opposite opinions who is correct? We have to use our judgement. People want to have a plan laid out for them, but I find I usually have to run it through my logic box and make some decisions. I could tell a level of detoxing was taking place. I read some people are toxic and my take several years to detox. I will be doing a 30 day water fast in July and January. Eat to live presents the idea of eating fruit until noon. That extends the nightly fast and gives the body extra hours daily to detox. He also says fruit and acid foods should not be combined during a meal, because each one needs different body acids to digest. Improper food combining is what creates a billion dollar anti acid industry. -- Best regards, Robert Ratliff in La Chorrera De Panama robert dot ratliff at cwpanama dot net Tuesday, May 16, 2006, 10:12:51 AM, you wrote:
