Guest guest
Hi Byron, I don't normally like to give advice with out ALL the data on a case. I. E. How many Bowel movements a day? Is your friend a vegetarian? ETC. ETC. ETC. The best female herbs to use, replacing Black Cohosh are: Chaste Tree Berry; Wild Yam Root; Dong Quai, and Passion Flower. Having an allergy to Black Cohosh is unusual and indicative of other problems. I would be willing to wager that her Calcium levels are low and need to be raised. Further more I'd suspect that a Liver Cleanse would be in order as well. Anyway, I hope the above helps.
