Guest guest
Hi Penny, Actually, it was I who made up the flyer and sent it out. Valorie's legs are great (don't get me started <chuckle> I did one hour in full on the hot and cold. Started with 10 minutes of the cold and then 10 minutes with the hot and then back to the cold. At the end of an hour you end on the hot. Do this hot and cold therapy with your leg raised and "yes", I think that this procedure would help with cholesterol if one were also doing the diet changes as well that promoted cholesterol removal (tons of garlic, etc.). Much love, Ian The Heart formula is as follows: 8 parts Fresh Hawthorne Berries 1 part Red Clover Blossom 1 part Cactus Grandiflorus Stem & Flower 1 part Motherwort Herb 1 part Garlic Bulb 1 part Jamaican or Hawaian Ginger Root 1/2 part Cayenne Pepper Attachment: vcard [not shown]
Guest guest
Hi Kim, Did you see my other post of my info letter. That basically had every step I did. The formula for Intestinal Cleanse #1 & #2 were recently posted and should be in archives about a month back. I might add, that I did a lot of laying down on my bed with my feet raised during the two week period. Also, when the clot disappeared, I was back to my 4 miles a day running regimen. Running tends to tighten Varicose Veins by itself and is a great all around aid in the healing of most cases. If there is anything else I can clarify, just let me know, and I'll elaborate. Best regards, Ian Greg and Kim Lemieux wrote: "Greg and Kim Lemieux" <lemieux Hi Ian, Would you mind giving us the full program that you did with your wife? My husband also has them bad and I would love to help him get better.TIA,Kim - Ian Shillington herbal remedies Saturday, March 04, 2000 8:12 PM Re: [herbal remedies] Re Varicose Veins Ian Shillington <ian_shillington Hi Penny, Actually, it was I who made up the flyer and sent it out.
