Hi Liz,

Suggest a dropperful of Echinacea and a dropperful of Total Tonic on the hour every waking hour you're up.

Also, at least one bath a day for 30 minutes with the water as hot as you can stand it.

(A 30 minute hot sauna could be substituted here)

If you can take it, do the bath or sauna 3 times a day.

Stick a clove of Garlic where the sun don't shine during the night.

Knock off all white sugar, all flour products, all milk products, booze, coffee, and anything else you know is bad for you while you are trying to recover.

Love,

Ian

[herbal remedies] Help Needed with Sinus/Allergy problem.

New today. Can somone give me ideas about dealing with a sinus/allergy problem?I have been suffering dreadfully for the last while and have now brokenribs from coughing and blowing my poor little red nose so hard.Colon Cancer survivor, mild Osteoporosis, almost 60, thought I was in goodshape til this hit starting about a month ago. Never had such a problembefore. Started about a month ago. Incredible dripping nose (mostly on oneside) and cough, headache and sore throat. I broke the ribs at that time Ithink. No itchy or watering eyes however. Problem then cleared up and a week or so later reappeared even worse thanbefore. Am presently on an antiboitic - Amoxicillin, for two days now sinceit's been three weeks of really feeling dreadful and I waited as long as Icould before seeing him. Doc not sure if it's sinus or allergies. Throatfeels like fire and my ribs feel worse.Constant chills. I cough soviolently I throw up if I'm not careful. Help and thoughts most appreciated.LizFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2.
