Guest guest
One last suggestion for you hon I should have thought of sooner. Try the Accupressure points for headache. Take your left thumb, and the next two fingers and make a triangle out of them like so ( : ' ). Press firmly against your forehead with your thumb located directly under the ridge just above your nose, the next finger just above it and the next finger beside and slightly above your eyebrow, and rub up and down and to the side. Take your right index finger and go down to the side of your right knee. Go 2 inches down and massage with the finger towards your heart (you'll feel the pressure point there if you get it right. I've blown headaches in seconds using this technique on patients.
