ginger bath

For anyone that has painful or sore joints or muscles- I suggest this- I had a really rough day yesterday with my disorder. My legs were cold,ached and were cramping. In one of the books I have the author is real into ginger baths- so, i decided to give it a try. I used 2 Tab. powder in my water and soaked for 45 minutes- My legs and feet- even lower back started heating up. After I got out had the effects for quite a while and felt refreshed and relazed and was pain free for a couple of hours ( which is not a small feat). It does suggest a smaller dose for men as it can be very stimulating- It did get a bit warm on the private areas- If anyone tries it I would love to hear if it worked- My only problem is my bath tub wasn't deep enough!!
