Guest guest
butbutbut.... thats my point exactly!! Only sometimes one's mental isn'tstrong enough to makebelieve for all of us. Yes, I see your point, but I've found that the best solutions to handling mental problems are "Mental" solutions rather than trying to handle them physically. Doing that little mental exercise I mentioned will do more for self esteem than having the liposuction, etc. etc. without having to "make believe" ) One of ole Doc Christopher's practices was to get up every morning and go look out a window and shout to the world, "It's great to be alive!". Whatever funk he might have been in disappeared. I guess the point I was trying to make is 'do whatever it takes to make youhappy' ... In my younger hippy days, I tried Hashish a couple of times and I was happier than a clam. It also messed with my perceptions and my memory. My point is to try natural methods first before resorting to the medical route. I hate limitations, (so do I, for I feel that there aren't any) and people being told they shouldn't worry about it when they DO... This is great advise Poppa, but it does not work for all of us insecure souls A feeling of insecurity or inadequacy can be handled using natural methods too, rather than resorting to drugs or medical solutions )Much love, Ian Ian Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington
