Guest guest
It was my tincture of cat's claw Sorcy is talking about. It was bark and I shredded it myself, (well, my son helped too.) It is an absolutely gorgeous rose/light red sandalwood color, (almost hate to put it in an amber bottle <g>) The taste isn't bad at all. I took it without honey and it wasn't too bad. Would probably use tsp of honey in the future, though. I've used the tablets in the past for pain...while they worked, I knew a tincture would probably work better. I was right. This is all I'll do in the future, the heck with the pills. I made 12 oz of tincture and am keeping 2 oz for myself, and am trading the rest, or selling, if there is any left after the trading. <g> and Yes, it is supposed to work really well on arthritis pain. Lisa Coleman BTW, Sorcy--I just started a tincture of the valerian I got from you in our last trade. I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out next full moon.
