Thanks very much for the info. You know, I have to find the corresponding

names of the herbs you gave me in my language. I'll give you a feedback as

soon as I find them.

[herbal remedies] Kidney Stone Remedies

>Symptom: Kidney Stones

>Herb: Various

>Drink loads of horsetail tea, drunk while sitting in horsetail sitbathes

>(cover kidneys, but leave upper body out of water- 25-30 minutes, 2-3 times

>a day if you can find the time)

>

>Old herbals mention Crane's Bill (Geranium robertanium), sweet violet and

>bearberry (urva ursi) as an effective and safe remedy for stones. However,

>bearsberry's high tannin content is not always well tolerated and vomiting,

>nausea, and loss of appetite may occur. Pear leaves can be used instead.

>Another rec I found (but have not research all the properties of all the

>herbs.... with the exception of rest-harrow, whatever that is, I think the

>others are in the files):

>

>Tea made from 20 grams each of Birch leaves, Agrimony, Rest-harrow and

>Shepherd's Purse.

>

>I would also add Gravel root- Eupatorium purpureum by way of tincture, or

>maybe even tea (not sure about effectiveness of tea) no matter which

>approach you choose. After all it is THE herb for stones/gravel, known for

>ions... Either way, stones are reputed to be passed within days without

>pain! You SHOULD be hear them go clunk clunk when they do.....
