Dear Sorcy,

Our bodies are designed to have a bowel evacuation every time we

eat.

By doing so, our bodies are able to handle all the parasites (they

don't have time to hatch), the waste products (because the body has not

stored any toxins the kidneys and liver and lymphatic system are able to

handle them as they come in and are not being used as a " storage system "

for overflow), and a certain amount of poisons (like pesticides etc).

When the body is mal functioning, does not have a bowel movement

three times a day does not have the necessarey minimum requirement of

64 ounces of WATER (not juice or tea) and does not move all the moving

parts every day, then there is a toxic build up.

Organs malfunction. Yeast growths proliferate. Parasites have coming

out parties.

Viruses beome more virile. Bacteria roam unchecked in tattoed gangs

along the now clogged arteries and passages of the body.

Herbal Remedies are just that. REMEDIES.

What went wrong in the first place?

Your body will tell you.

It boils down to.

Food,

Water,

Air,

Exercise.

Love.........................................so, somewhere, honey

chile, the yeast infection is due to one or more of the basics being out

in the first place.

How about going on a food routine? No meat at all for a month. Just

vegetables and fruit and grains. Raw if possible.

Then, only drinking herb teas, water and jiuces (50% juice and 50%

water) for three days.

Then back on raw foods for three days and then back to cooked

foods................Lots of love Penny
