This has always been a little sluggish for me. I have recently been taking a product called Colon Green from the health food store which contains psyllium, alfalfa, acidophilus, anti-candida herbs, etc., however I can't say that I have noticed any real effect. Thank you so much for your thoughful and thorough reply. I will try to do as much of it as I can. Becca
Guest guest
Dear BG. I would like to suggest you get Susan s. Weed's The Menopausal Years - the Wise Woman's way . This gives great handlings for ovarian cysts. The best herb teas to drink are Horsetail and Nettle Leaves. Fibroids and cysts are hormone dependant. Too much estrogen. Estrogen is found in Meat. So eat less meat. If you are on an Estrogen pill - get off it. You did not mention your age. Are you Menopausal? This may be the start of Menopause. Tinctures (if you do not know how to make one check the files - it is very easy - you can do it in your kitchen. IN fact it is better to make it yourself) 25 - 30 drops of Vitex Berry (Chaste Tree) Tincture taken daily, may shrink your cysts within two months but may take a year or two to completely remove it. Buy and eat Organic whole grains. They are anti-estrogenic because they contain Lignins. the best grains are (in order) flax seed, rye, buckwheat, millet, oats, barley, rice and wheat. Have one serving a day of one of these grains. Rina Nissim has a great anti-estrogenic brew. Equal parts of the following tinctures:_ Black currant buds or leaves (Ribes Nigrum) Gromwell herb or seeds (Lithospermum officianalis) Lady's mantle herb (Alchemilla Vulgaris) Chaste tree berries(Vitex agnus-castus) Yarrow flowers (Achillea millefolium) Wild Pansy Flowers (Viola tricolor) Take a teaspoonful (5ml) upon arising. Expect results within 4 months. If you can't get one of the ingredients - just use what you can.... A good old fashioned method that will work wonders is to make a castor oil pack with cotton pads and put it over the area of the cyst. Every night. Cover with shrink wrap as the castor oil spreads everywhere. Put a hot water bottle over the pack. Do this every night for two weeks. ............It is also important to have a bowel movement three times a day to remove the build up of toxins that are probably built up in your intestine............... Hope you have the courage to go the Natural Way..........Love Penny
