Some interesting data has come my way on the Schultze tapes regarding the Lymphatic System We know that movements are what casues the lymph glands to open and shut and move the lymphe But, what is the BEST EXERCISE to do? Scientists put traceable dies into volunteers bodies and found out that:- THE NUMBER ONE EXERCISE TO MOVE THE LYMPHATICS WAS DEEP BREATHING. !!! Deep breathing causes expansion of the Diaphram which takes the pressure off the big lymphatic trunks deep under your chest and allows the Lymph fluid to move. The 2nd exercise they found was just STRETCHING the Body (e.g. Hatha Yoga or any form of stretching) The 3rd exercise is inverting yourself. .....Interesting...since I always thought that running was the best way........
