The Female formula is made with Herbs put into a tincturing medium.The medium is a mixture of Distilled Water and Alcohol. The recommended medium is Vodka but Everclear can be used. Each of the herbs mentioned can be used dried or fresh. they all go into the tincture medium at the same time.
