Hi all, I was looking into hair helpers, and came across this info. for

us. Not all of us can be so lucky to have thick long hair like those

moderators and owner, LOL (jealousy here.)

Rosemary has a fresh, woody, herbal, penetrating, and camphor-like

scent. It has a stimulating, refreshing and invigorating scent which is

uplifiting to the spirit and gives clarity to the mind. The oil is clear

to pale yellow and is distilled from the herb.

This oil blends very well with elemi, juniper, lavender, pine, thyme

basil, cedarwood, frankincense, peppermint, rosewood and lemon.

Rosemary is:

antiseptic

antirheumatic

analgesic

astringent

antispasmodic

decongestant

nervine

diuretic

parasitic

cytophylactic

restorative

digestive

tonic

Common uses include treating:

athma

hypotension

mental fatigue

bronchitis

headache

muscle soreness

depression

hysteria

PMS

lethargy

dandruff

diabetes

sinusitis

hair loss

arthritis

poor memory

Add 6 drops of Rosemary to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. Massage into the

solar plexus, chest or temples. This is good for exhaustion, headaches

or other stress related symptoms. Drop one or two drops of the oil onto

cotton balls and place in drawers or linen closets to keep away the

moths.

Rosemary is generally listed as an oil to avoid during pregnancy or if

you have epilepsy or high blood pressure.

For a stimulating scalp massage. Add 4 drops of Rosemary to 1 tablespoon

of jojoba oil. Massage oil mixture into scalp. Leave on for 5 minutes

then rinse and shampoo.

When studying - try diffusing Rosemary to help improve your memory

Aid your body in detoxifying by getting a massage with this oil blend:

10 drops of Rosemary to 2 tablespoons of massage or grapeseed oil.

A bath to which you've added 2 drops each or lemon, grapefruit, juniper

and rosemary is so invigorating! Try it - you'll like it!

Take good care.

Love,

Renee and Jerry
