I have been using scullcap (caps which I empty out), hops (drops), valerian, sage and hyssop. I have no idea if these herbs are even complimentary, but they seemed to help. How does one figure out if certain herbs are complimentary or not: do you just figure whether they are all stimulants, or otherwise?? If you don't mind my asking, who is Dr. Schultze? Does the Dr. have a book? The only other herb person I have heard of is Jethro Kloss. I will try this formula as soon as I can buy the other ingredients. Thanks very much again!
