Guest guest
Peela, Have you ever looked into Homeopathy? I use Homeopathy with good results for all sorts of problems. I do use EO's along with Homeopathy, with equally good results... The Materia Medica would be a good place to start..... as even if we gave you the several that they have indicated, the paticulars would have to be matched to determine which one would work for you. Hope this helps. Jennifer Shobbrook Susan wrote: > Hi beautiful people. > I have been thoroughly enjoying reading all the emails > and immersing myself in the world of herbs. Guest guest
Dear Peela, My first advice would be to read Susan S Weed's Book The Menopausal Years - The Wise Woman Way. She goes into great detail on just this - cysts. Castor Oil Packs are great but it takes time.... Sleep with it every night. The Herbs you are taking are excellent. Estrogen/progesterone encourage cysts so remove any estrogen/progesterone from your area. This includes meat and dairy products. And, also drining from any plastic as plastic decomposing releases estrogen like compunds that fool the body and cause the body to think it has too much estrogen. There are certain chemicals that one works with that also release estrogen like compounds into the air. Avoid fresh water fish that have been farmed and avoid fishthat are caught close to shore or bottom feeders. Reach for grains. Lignins, found in whole grains, are anti - estrogenic. Eat flax seed, rye, buckwheat, millet, oats, barley rice and wheat. Rina Nissim suggests this anti-extrigenic brew - equal parts of tincture of black currant bus or leaves (Ribes Nigrum) tincture of gromwell herb or seeds (Lithospermum officinalis, tincture of lady's mantle herbs (Alchemilla Vaulgaris) tincture of chaste tree berries (Vitex agnus-castus) tincure of yarrow flowers (Achillea Millefolium) tincture of wild pansy flower (Viola Tricolor) Dosage : - a teaspoonful upon arising. Expect results in 2 - 4 months. ..........Love Penny
