Dear Pearl,

Here is the information that did not get lost when I changed

computers. I DID have the text of the Bill but I now only have these

details.....Love Penny (It basically says that if a person who is not a

Doctor IN ANY WAY prescribes ANY TREATMENT OR MODALITIES to another to

cure them from ANY CONDITION or GIVES IT TO THEM can be put into jail

for a MINIMUM of TWO YEARS and fined a MINIMUM of $10,000) - is this a

free country or what?

Thank you for your letter. Yes the bill passed it was killed as bill

1625 because of all of the support from people like you however the

power of the Drug companies and the greed of corrupt politicians to

raise money to get re-elected seems to rule this system of

government. The bill was attached to a different bill known as 591

at the last possible moment and the bill is now law in Florida. Once

the bill became law in Florida it was sent to North Carolina and

introduced however it was defeated on the floor.
