Hi Fern,

I don't have a list off hand since when working on the liver I tend to only concentrate on the herbs which are good. Best bet is to ask me which herbs you are considering and I'll check them for you.

Look on the label and let me know what's in the Herbal Fiberblend and I'll be able to tell you more about it. I make all my own formulae so tend to stay away and not even investigate the generic blends. Let me know.

The Barley Green I know about and it is an excellent product. Same goes with the milk thistle if you got it from an american organic source.

I recommend the Total Nutrition for the fatigue and don't worry about the questions. Keep 'em coming.

Love,

[herbal remedies] Herbs that are Harmful to the Liver?

Does anyone have a list of herbs that are harmful to the liver? I have liver disease and I used to have a list but lost it. Also, I'm doing a colon cleanse, using Herbal Fiberblend, skin brushing and I eat a vegan diet, primarily raw, and drink 1 qt of freshly extracted juices daily, take 2 Tbs Barleygreen and Milk Thistle. I have debilitaing fatigue (3 yrs now) and am wondering what else I can do? AND I'm peri-menopausal and was doing pretty well until this month. I eat right so that's not the problem. I ordered some herbal tinctures from Herb Pharm....any suggestions as to how long to do the Herbal Fiberblend and where do I go from here?! LOl Sorry for all the questions, I was only going to ask the first one, but got carried away!
