Gina, Valorie here again. On my last email I neglected to reiterate that the overall diet and cleanses are basic to any formula like Nerve Sedative.

Re: [herbal remedies] thyroid stimulator

Renee, I have been looking of the same thing. I however take the meds at the same time every day and dont skip on them. I am finally finding they are helping. I take an herbal complex that I ordered from the vitamin shoppee online and I really haven't noticed a difference. I noticed I wasn't as tired when I finally took my meds at the same time everyday and didn't miss a day. I guess some doctors just didnt explain that to well to me. Also do you take prescribed hormones? They interfere with they thyroid. I have been off my premarin now for 2 weeks and on the progestrone cream and I love it. I have energy and feel like a new women. Just some things to think about. There is also a book out there that is great in explaining this thing. It is called What ever doctor doesn't want you to know about Menopause. I didn't get to read it all but what I did it is really an eye opener. Might check your library for that one. Gina Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. If you are pregnant, consult your physician before using any natural remedy. 3. The Constitution guarantees you the right to be your own physician and toprescribe for your own health.
