Guest guest Posted March 10, 2001 Report Share Posted March 10, 2001 Normal dosage would be 2 dropperfuls 3 times a day for an average person and the average for men and women is considered to be around 150 lbs. The 150 rule applies here. You take your 240 and put it over 150 and break it down to its smallest fraction = 1 and 2/3rds dosage which means you need to take 2/3rds more. This means you'd need to take two dropperfuls 5 times a day. Hope this helps.
