Ian, what about the Extract?how much?

Okay Ian, I have Black Walnut Hull extract. Whats the diff??? Can I take that for my totally sluggish thyroid?? How much?? I weigh 240(shhhhhhhhh!!!!)

One of the best remedies to Hypothyroidism is the Total Nutrition Formula in the Files. An immediate fix would be a black walnut hull tincture which is very high in organic iodine and other bio chemicals. It's very easy to make yourself and would help immensely.

Normal dosage would be 2 dropperfuls 3 times a day for an average person and the average for men and women is considered to be around 150 lbs. The 150 rule applies here. You take your 240 and put it over 150 and break it down to its smallest fraction = 1 and 2/3rds dosage which means you need to take 2/3rds more. This means you'd need to take two dropperfuls 5 times a day.
