Hi everyone. I have two questions for you wise people. First of all, is

it okay to mix the total nutrition powder in apple cider vinegar to

drink? I usually drink about 1 Tablespoon of ac vinegar (Braggs) in a

cup of warm water-and this morning I mixed my total nutrition powder

with it. I just want to make sure the acid didn't do something weird to

the herbs.

Also, I am pregnant (due LAST Friday) and battling a skin yeast rash

under my breasts and in my groin area. I have never had this problem

before, rarely (like once every few years) get vaginal yeast infections.

Does this rash mean I am yeasty systemically now? Or could it be simply

from the pregnancy hormones/stress and it is getting warmer here in

Texas, therefore more " moist " areas? I have used a 50-50 solution of

apple cider vinegar and water 2-3 times a day and followed it (after

dried) with a cornstarch based powder that has tea tree and grapefruit

seed extract in it. Then I read that cornstarch could possibly feed the

yeast-is this true??? So, now I'm just using the vinegar solution and

added some drops of tea tree to that. Any ideas/suggestions/comments

would be SO greatly appreciated!! I do want to get this under control

before the baby comes. Thank you all so much, as always, for your time!

Blessings,

Kristina

It's OK, but I don't guarantee the taste. Let me know. A 9% or 10% Tea Tree Oil / Jojoba Oil blend should help nicely. That's 9% Tea Tree Oil and 91% Jojoba Oil shaken and blended together. Because of your pregnancy I wouldn't get too up tight about the Yeast aspects as it could very well be hormone related as well. Best bet is to up your garlic intake and make sure you're not getting anything with white sugar or white flour in it. Drink lots of freshly squeezed organic juices and you should straighten around.

Thank you so much Doctor for your reply. The total nutrition mixed with

apple cider vinegar (1Tbs in a glass of warm water) doesn't taste great-but

I don't mind it. I find myself kind of craving that "green" taste of the

total nutrition powder. I was mixing it with cold organic apple juice,

and honestly that didn't taste an awful lot better! I do drink one in the

morning and one in the afternoon, so I split my total nutrition servings

up to 1 TBS per drink. Also, thank you for the tip on the yeast. I will

mix some tea tree and jojoba up tomorrow. I am glad to hear that it probably

isn't a big systemic problem, but more likely due to hormones. That is

what I feel instinctively as well. Thanks again for your time!

Kristina
