Flax and Flax Oil

This was just talked about on the list, but I'm

unclear and want to know for sure - if I grind up my

own flax seeds, am I getting the oil? Is it better to

do that than to use the oil?

Just as effective plus you're getting the enzymes. Just takes a lot more of 'em to make up the difference in the concentrated oil.
