Guest guest Posted May 27, 2001 Report Share Posted May 27, 2001 According to the information that I have, if you grind your own flax seeds (with a coffee/seed grinder), three tablespoons of the ground seeds equals one tablespoon of the oil. The advantage of the seeds would be that you would get 9 grams of fiber per each three tablespoons, so if you were shooting for three table <<< Well I have been doing them now for a week and I have more energy ! I didn't realize that perhaps it is the fiber holding up my blood sugars. Also I already see a change in my skin. I am thrilled !!!!
