Guest guest
garlic cayenne echinacea & most importantly Lobelia 1/2 hour hot bath (as hot as you can stand it) before you go to bed with 4 cups of herbal tea (organic) while in the tub. hot and cold showers in the morning (one minute hot, one minute cold) (seven alternations). eat nothing but organic foods. if you get a cold, rejoice as that will indicate your body is on the heal. love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington - MedievalRaven herbal remedies Tuesday, May 29, 2001 11:15 AM Re: [herbal remedies] Digest Number 949 Does anyone have any herbal remedies for allergies, airborn/seasonal? Hi .... I've just joined the list. After a couple of days in the hospital for a kidney stone, I began searching for some answers. This is my second one. I would appreciate any helpful informatiom. I've started drinking a tea containing marshmellow root, uva ursa, and hydrangea root. steve
