I am familiar with the book- and I, too am a type O- as is my entire family....I am ethically a vegetarian, but find I need some organic meat sometimes, amd fish...I buy only humanely raised meat, or eat wild game hunted with respect by friends..I still have issues with it- but I feel so much better!
