Guest guest
Here is the herbal snuff remedy for those who asked and below that is an herbal combination posted previously by one of the members that is helpful with breathing problems due to allergies. Cathy ****************************************************************** Herbal Snuff 7 tablespoons of goldenseal root powder 7 tablespoons of bayberry bark 1 teaspoon of garlic powder or granules 1 teaspoon of 200,000 unit cayenne pepper powder or 1 tablespoon of 40,000 unit cayenne pepper powder. Mix. Put a small pinch on the back of the hand. Sniff up one nostril. Quickly put a small pinch on the back of the hand and sniff up the other nostril. Lay down right away to avoid sneezing. Close eyes and relax. Try to avoid sneezing as long as possible. Sometimes you may not sneeze at all. Finally sneeze if necessary or just get up. This clears the sinuses and all the junk inside will either come out from sneezing or when you blow your nose. Relax afterwards for half an hour. ************************************************************** Breathing remedy 25 to 30 drops each of cayenne tincture, nettle tincture, and ground ivy tincture in about 6 oz of water. This helps to open up the lungs and clear the breathing passages. ******************************************************************
