Guest guest
Dear Paulissa, 3 dropperfuls once a day on an empty stomach (preferrably 1st thing in the AM). Your tincture should be very strong = your tincture jar should be 3/4 full of the wild yam root. Love, Doc PS. VITAL: DO NOT MISS A DAY USING THIS METHOD OR YOU RISK THE POSSIBILITY OF BECOMING HYPER FERTILE. As a matter of fact, for those who'd like to become pregnant, do the above for a month and then quit. You might then want to head for the baby store for a little shopping ;o) Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington I am very interested in using wild yam for birth control purposes. Guest guest
Hi Doc, I'm looking for a natural form of birth control too, but I'm wondering how effective this is. Does it really work, and how effective could I expect it to be? Would you advise it to someone who absolutely did not want another pregnancy? Can you take it long term (several years)? How does it work (does it stop ovulation or what)? Sorry about all the questions. I'd really like to hear more about this!!! Thanks! -Jenna > " Ian Shillington N.D. Guest guest
Best is to make it yourself as you won't find anything in the stores comparable to what you can make yourself. Use 100 proof Vodka and blend your Wild Yam to a puree in your blender on the New Moon and then press on the Full Moon for best results. Guest guest
Pheeew! I can tell you're serious about this one ;o) The best person to have asked about this one would have been Doc Christopher and he's moved on. He had used it on several of his patients to good effect and it is an old American Indian Recipe that I've heard nothing but good reports on. I've had tremendous success using it in my formulae for balancing Female Hormones in many many women but so far have only had the hearsay from other professionals in regards the contraceptive properties. I've never heard of any negative feedback or failures to perform but I know that's not what you want to hear. You know me, if I could give a guarantee, I would. I recommend you research it further and keep the rest of us posted. If I was a woman in my child bearing years, I'd certainly go this route.
