Guest guest
Hi, I looked through the site -until I had to get to my master summer class. (No, no! Just another MINUTE....) Where the heck is the stuff on yogurt? Are we talking a soy yogurt or just any yogurt? Sure is a great site~ Thanks, Linda Lane Message: 2 Tue, 5 Jun 2001 00:37:53 -1000 " The Halls " <kristine.hall Re: Soy beans WOW! Great reading! I wish I had known this sooner. I am hypothyroid, and I did at one time use tofu and many other soy products. But I had no idea that yougurt has soy in it. Guest guest
http://www.soyonlineservice.co.nz/ Below is the info, but it was a chart on the site. What products contain soy? As well as obvious soyfoods like tofu, soy milk and miso, and other soy products such as isolated soy protein (ISP) and soy protein concentrate (SPC), very many processed foods contain soy, some examples are: Biscuits Breads Vegetarian burgers Cakes Crackers Bakery products Pastries Meat substitutes Pancakes Chicken nuggets Legume meal Fish fingers Pies Meat extenders Hydrolysed vegetable protein (HVP) Yoghurt Breakfast cereals Sausages Soups Baby foods Doughnuts Vegetarian meats Sandwich spreads Baby rusks Pet Foods Animal feeds Textured vegetable protein (TVP) Why isn't this information readily
