Guest guest
Dear LA, Honey tiredness can be due to a lot of things, The main culprit is diet. Eliminate all sugar tea and coffee. Eat as many fresh foods raw as possible. Exercise in the fresh air. Check that you have not got any heart fibiolation that is depleting your sustem of blood. Make sure you have all the chemicals and toxins out of your body. Have at least three hot and three cold showers every day. And finally, take 1 teaspoonful of thehottest cayenne pepper you can find in 1 glass of water every morning.............Love Penny
