Guest guest
Dear Greg, I wanted to reply to this post and lost it and now have found it....(so - I'm a blonde -we can do things like that.grin..). PERSONALLY, I think more harm is done to the average American's diet by all the additives that are in Restaurant food than ANY exotic foods. The antibacterial, antiviral anti everything spray that has been approved to put on all slads for instance is LETHAl to the internal organisms in the Digestive system. And what about all those " safe " food colourings and " natural " flavours? Natural in america only means that the chemical used is indistinguishable from the one found in Nature. AScorbic Acid is therefore natural Vitamin C even though it has been nowhere near a plant of any kind.... these are far more dangerous thatn eating exotic foods...............Love Penny (dukes up and fighting)

Hey, I know lot of nice, intelligent blondes................... > PERSONALLY, I think more harm is done to the average American's diet > by all the additives that are in Restaurant food than ANY exotic foods. I work hard on my diet to select really nutritionally dense foods and have about 20 or so from which I make our daily meals. Science drives the selection and taste buds the combinations. We buy most of our food in the Adelaide market, fresh from the small local growers and eat VERY little prepared foods. > And what about all those " safe " food colourings and " natural " > flavours? Glad I live in Oz. ;-)) > Love Penny (dukes up and fighting) Hi Penny, Why fight, too many sunsets, good food, friends & good red wine to waste time on fighting?
