Guest guest
My understanding is that we do not eat enough green, leafy foods to get the calcium we need. We drink much more milk than in other countries but have a higher rate of osteoporosis. If my recollection serves me, Dr. Lee claims that estrogen levels only take a small drop whereas progesterone drops much more and is the hormone that needs to be replaced. It is a good idea to have a saliva test for progesterone levels because one physician (Dr. Joseph Mercola) who prescribes progesterone cream for his patients has found some women with very high progesterone levels.
