My understanding is that we do not eat enough green, leafy foods to get

the calcium we need. We drink much more milk than in other countries but

have a higher rate of osteoporosis.

If my recollection serves me, Dr. Lee claims that estrogen levels only

take a small drop whereas progesterone drops much more and is the hormone

that needs to be replaced.

It is a good idea to have a saliva test for progesterone levels because

one physician (Dr. Joseph Mercola) who prescribes progesterone cream for

his patients has found some women with very high progesterone levels.
