Guest guest
Dear sindea, Green tea is GREAT! A cold shower causes the body to move the blood (quickly) to the central organs. It also causes an involuntary deep breathe. The hot shower causes the skin blood vessels to dilate and floods the skin tith oxygen. the toing and froing of the blood washes the body and helps to remove toxins. Hydrotherapy has been practised for centuries and this is basically a do it yourself Hydrotherapy. It would be more fun to sit in a sauna and then roll nekkid in the cold snow (as they do in Sweden) but it is worth the expense of paying a higher water bill to build a Healthy Body. Go to it on a gradient - just one of each the first night.......Love Penny (and just GRADUALLY turn the hot tap off...grin..and yes ...I do practice what I preach...and I HATE cold showers......for me the ideal is a long languid hot bath with bars of chocolate and hot Horlicks bought in by the Butler......sigh...)
