The ones who exercised increased their bone density. The ones who didn't exercise had decreases. ................Primitive races with little protein and milk eat lots of green veges and carry weights and do not suffer so much from osteo...........It is basically the exercise that builds up bones (also not eating junk foods etc).............love Penny Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
