There is a Kombucha list on - I beleive -

that could give you more info onthe side effects than Ican. Unfortunately

- apart from the byline at the bottom of the post - I cannot give you any

other details.

Personally - I have suffered no side effects but,

as in all foods - reactions can vary.

I did not copy or was not sent the source of the

data except for the by line at the bottom.
