NM Utah and update

Well, I am out by the Great "stinky" Salt Lake in a small community of Syracuse.

It is growing though very fast. We were surrounded by horse ranches and

farms now behind us is new subdivisions and the guy next door just sold his

property and they are building a street right along our fence line so you

can only guess what is going up next year. Yup that's right a big, within

of course the city guidelines privacy fence. By the way I do own tv's but

hardly watch except to do my yoga tapes and to do research on MS or anything

I can get my hands on that has to do with nature. I cant stand to see whats

on TV. But when we had Satellite I did love the history and gardening channels

until they became a bunch of commercials so we disconnected.

BTW I am finally off most of the meds for the MS thing I am mostly all natural

now. I also became Vegan and feel great. I really could never tolerate

eggs they didn't sit well with me and after a bad case of food poisoning

last year I became lactose intolerant so it was an easy transition. The

hubby even quit eating read meat. He eats the occasional fish and chicken

when he's on the road but at home he eats what I eat and he actually loves

it.

Well, just thought I would wave hello from this part of the warm area.

Hi there I am responding to many in one. I know what you mean about being

busy. We thought we were moving but the sale fell through on our home

so we are staying and upacking. My hubby and I are heading to NM tomorrow,

he drives for Wal Mart so we are there long just a day but we are going

to Farmington for about 9 hours. He will sleep I will read my books.

But when you wrote NM I am not that far from there I am in Utah what

a small world.

I am going to just have to do that. I will try it after I get all these

boxes unpacked and can find everything. LOL. Yeah I never really was one

to eat meat even as a child and really didnt eat dairy as a child either

my mother always worried about me. But I always loved legumes and grains.

I was turned of to meat by my Uncle and Grandfather they were cattle ranchers

and took me with them during the summers. I about died when I found out

where cows really went. But I feel great and I love it. I was not a hard

transition at all for me. For some I can see that it could be. Thanks I

will try it.

Thanks for the update hon. When one has any kind of physical problem,

it doesn't hurt to go veggan for a while. Some people can tolerate it for

ever, others can't. You should make my Total Nutrition Formula. A very

big help for the MS.
