Guest guest
(Foreword from The Rev: I want to thank Charo for the info she provided as far as who (like we didn't know) was behind eliminating the two tier system in Maine. To me, this (Florida) is another case of, here they go again. I have to ask how many listees are really comfortable with the direction the industry (NCE, AMTA, etc) is leading our trade. If you are not comfortable and/or really do not like it, please do contact me offlist. I have approached the National League of Cities folk and am awaiting an info packet as to how to get a information/educational booth going at their convention in LA December 3-5th.. To see what they are about, go to... http://mail.cwire.com/orgs/California.Cities/ In the California AMTA newsletter it was announced they would be there. I am sure NCTMB and others will be there, also. I think it is time for hitting the public officials en masse with the fact there is more than one powerful political group interested in having something to say as to where this trade should be headed. The idea of an organized resistance has to come to fruition or YOU will become spoil for the victors. Decriminalize massage in the licensed states and keep the unlicensed states free. The Rev) To the International Reiki Community (Re: Florida regulation): Please cut and paste and distribute the following as widely as possible as soon as possible, especially to those affected in Florida.
