Guest guest
Hi Pamela, It's great to hear you sound more positive.Your idea of writing a daily journal is excellent, do you get to read it to anyone I wonder? you wrote: <<for the first time in well over a year, I have found it inside, these last two days. It's small and shines like a pin dot, but it's there and I can see it's potential. >> This is so good, nurture it well and with love and it will grow step by step. May make you want to cry but that is good too,a sign the healing has begun. I've enclosed details of the book as there are so many about-it has lots of little practical exercises (not physical) to help to find that inner peace. Guest guest
Hi Jan Journaling has helped me on my journey very much. Writing down all my thoughts has helped me learn more about myself every day. I have realesed anger, have saidhow beautiful the day was. It has helped me when negative thoughts come and I am having a hard time. I have kept my journals and looked back and sometimes they have shown me how much I have healed. They have also shown me things that I have forgotten. Journalling has been a tool that has hellped me in many ways. Love Cathy
