I was afraid to start it for fear of someone reading it. I guess that is why I don't keep a journal during the dark times because I fear my grandchildren will think they had a cooky Grandma! LOL! My therapist suggested I kept a 'feelings' journal in my day planner, just for me to read. I wouldn't mind my husband reading it, but wouldn't want anyone else. And if I just can't put the anger to words, I scribble and scribble and scribble. It's kind of amusing to see the 'scribbles' in the light of day. But at least the anger if getting out. Now if I could learn to draw.......confusion, small milestones, steps backward, baby jumps forward... I have even printed out comments and advise through these groups and pasted them into my journal. BTW....anyone near a Sams Warehouse, in the book section they have beautiful spiral bound journal books, two for $9.
